This season, Major League Baseball players will have a new tool at their disposal in the form of a mobile app. But it's for use off the field.
The Major League Baseball Players Association, the union that represents all Major Leaguers, has created an app designed to help players connect with resources they need for managing their careers.
The app includes tools that make it easier for players to negotiate contracts, learn about benefits and manage the details of the business side of their careers while on the go.
