Samsung's Galaxy Gear may not even be out in the United States market yet, but the tech company is already looking to revamp its much-hyped smart watch
A company official told the Korea Times the smart watch "lacks something special" and plans to make adjustments in the near future.
"We've acknowledged that our Gear lacks something special," he said. "With more investment for user interface and user experience, Samsung devices will be better in terms of customer satisfaction."
