Tech startups often have the oddest of beginnings — especially when the people involved are monumentally odd. That appears to be the idea behind Silicon Valley , a new HBO series from Mike Judge about startup culture. HBO broadcast the full trailer for the series on Sunday night.
The show follows an introverted computer programmer named Richard who works for Hooli, a Silicon Valley tech company. Richard lives in "Hacker Hostel," a startup incubator where he's constantly surrounded by brilliant social misfits, but hey — at least the dotcom millionaire who runs the place lets them stay there for free.
