For the Second Time This Week, a Flight Diverted Due to Reclining Seat Scuffle

This is getting ridiculous: An(other) outburst over a reclined seat caused an American Airlines flight, on its way from Miami to Paris, to divert to Boston.

It is the second known incident this week in the United States, according to authorities.

In Wednesday night's incident, passenger Edmund Alexandre became upset after a woman reclined the seat in front of him, the Suffolk County district attorney's office said

Alexandre, who is from Paris, continued to be disruptive when a flight crew member attempted to calm him, following the crewman down the aisle and grabbing his arm, authorities said. Read more...
