Volcanic Star of Pixar Short Just Wants Somebody to Love

Only the thoughtful minds at Pixar could make a sputtering volcano seem sweet and lovable

Its latest short, Lava, stars a lonely volcano situated in the middle of the ocean. A preview for the upcoming short shows the smiling mountain sweetly pining for someone to love.

Yahoo Movies reports that that Lava will make its debut before Pixar's upcoming feature-length film Inside Out, set to hit theaters in June 2015.
