Sony's Xperia M2 Is Pretty Big for a Mid-Range Phone

BARCELONA — Not content with merely launching a new flagship smartphone and tablet, Sony also decided to upgrade its mid-range smartphone offering with the Xperia M2

While the device's specs are most definitely mid-range — 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 8-megapixel camera, LTE and a 2,300mAh battery — Sony hopes to make it more attractive by making it very slim and giving it a design similar to the recently launched Xperia Z1 Compact. With a 4.8-inch qHD screen, it's also quite big — nearly as big as the 5-inch Xperia Z1
