The only thing unluckier than crossing a black cat is being one.
These striking shorthairs have been misunderstood for years. Just when cats of all coats couldn't get any more popular on the Internet, black cats' reputations have to take another hit beyond common superstition.
According to the RSPCA, an animal welfare charity in the U.K., black cats are being surrendered by their owners allegedly because they do not photograph well.
